TICS Rope Access Services Pty Ltd was incorporated in 2020 building on the success of TICS NDT Services Pty Ltd, to provide safe, reliable and cost effective solutions to conventional or complex access situations.

Jason Traynor General Manager, TICS Rope Access Services Pty Ltd
With close to 20 years’ experience in the industry having worked his way up from the tools into senior management roles, Jason Traynor is a stable all rounder with extensive experience across all functions of business. Operating in varied environments including power, hydrocarbons, Oil & Gas (on and offshore), ports, terminals and mining and defence, for both construction and maintenance. Jason has many strong business attributes and is known for his strong leadership, analytical skills, problem solving with a result-centric approach and interpersonal strengths.
Grant Tullipan Rope Access Manager & Techinical Authority, TICS Rope Access Pty Ltd
Grant Tullipan is a seasoned Rope Access professional with over 10 years in senior roles across Australia & South East Asia. Grant endeavours to hold strong emphasis on safety in the workplace, specifically working safely at heights of all scale. Grant manages to efficiently lead large teams within the TICS Group in complex time & plant critical environments. Naturally a problem solver in high pressure situations, never comprising on quality, always willing & able to extend coaching and mentoring opportunities for new entrants to the industry.
Andrew Miller Director, TICS Pty Ltd
Managing Director Andrew Miller commenced his career in NDT over 15 years ago and has extensive experience in acid plants, refineries and mine sites, bridge constructions, pressure vessel and fuel storage systems. Andrew’s focus is on building strong client relations, and he ensures his team deliver a professional service that provides reliable results, within client time frames.
Larry Hore Managing Director, TICS Pty Ltd
Operations Manager, Larry Hore, has 30 years’ experience as a senior professional, operating in a range of business environments including power systems, telecommunications, commercial shipping, civil aviation and most recently non-destructive testing. With a Master of Business and Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Larry is multi-disciplined and a valued member of the TICS team.
Errol Poppi Director, TICS Pty Ltd
Errol has over 20 years experience as a non-destructive testing technician and is well versed in all aspects of NDT. Errol is well accustomed to operating in challenging and demanding environments with extensive experience on off-shore drilling rigs, oil rigs and platforms. Errol is an industry leader and expert in his field; ensuring TICS staff are technically competent in all areas of NDT.
